  2. Cayman Islands 18.75 migrant(s)/1,000 population
  3. Qatar 16.29 migrant(s)/1,000 population
  4. Kuwait 14.18 migrant(s)/1,000 population

  Look at singapore , it ranks straight after the other 2 countries Qatar and And cayman islands only one Kuwait above it

  So....all I can see here are some numbers.
  (1) You have not shown the migration rate of DEVELOPED countries. How can we compare? Your data don't support your title.
  
  (2) What analysis have you done to substantiate that the migration rate of Singapore is Significantly (P<0.05) higher than other developed countries? Not shown either. So you cannot conclude Sg mig. rate is highest....
