Beaten up in school, boy lands in hospital
Teasing over test marks prompts violent attack; police report made

UNHAPPY at being teased for doing poorly in a mid-year test, a Secondary 3 student repeatedly punched and kicked one of his classmates yesterday.
The victim, Benjamin Toh, 15, had his two front teeth knocked out, his upper jaw broken and had bleeding in the mouth.
He is currently warded at Alexandra Hospital.
It was at the same school in April last year that a 15-year-old girl was set upon and beaten up by 11 boys and girls, aged 14 to 17.
She had 30 bruises and cuts to her head, chest, legs and arms. The case went to court earlier this month when one of the ringleaders among her attackers was put on probation for 1 1/2 years.
The latest violent episode happened at about 9am yesterday during a Chinese lesson.
After the teacher had handed back their marked test papers, a group of students, including Benjamin, began teasing their classmate for doing poorly.
The 1.9m boy retaliated by punching Benjamin, who is 1.6m tall, in the face, knocking him to the floor.
He continued kicking him as the teacher and other students ran to restrain him.
The school principal told The Straits Times yesterday that the parents of both boys were immediately called, and Benjamin was taken to a clinic nearby.
His father, Mr Raymond Toh Beng Thong, a company director, 42, said he was angry and astonished when the school called him about what had happened.
'How can students be so violent?' he asked furiously.
'The injuries are serious and not something one can just say 'sorry', seek forgiveness for and that's the end of it.'
A wire support for his son's jaw will have to be fixed in the next two weeks and he will need a bone implant when he turns 18, Mr Toh said. The medical costs have not yet been assessed.
Mr Toh, who has two other sons, aged 14 and eight, said he had made a police report about the incident.
He said his son told the police he did not fight back during the attack.
The school principal said that appropriate disciplinary action would be taken when the school has completed its own investigations.
She said it was understood that an argument had taken place between the two over some personal issues. There was an exchange of words which resulted in one student punching the other.
For now, she said, the other boy had been repriman_ded and 'had realised his mistake'. He was interviewed by the police yesterday but will continue to attend classes in the school.

apparently, A sold B a RO account
B (the attacker) bought alot of RO stuff from others.. spent alot of money, can say so.
But the account got hacked, cause A forgot to change the password..
A decided to compensate B after he requested..
But C, the one who got whacked, interrupted and jokingly told A that he would "be his lawyer", and told him not to pay, haha..
BUT B got somewhat pissed and after an exchange of words with C, punched him..
C regained his compusure, and continued scolding B..
B punched him again, and this time he fell to the ground, along with his seat
Then, B kicked the chair INTO C's face, and thus.. inflicting the injuries stated in the papers.
the teacher interrupted but to no avail, thus another student.. threw a chair at C, and C, being afraid of that student, stopped his attack.
that's about it
yeah, and B is almost 2 heads or so TALLER than C, so you can guess the scenario then.
