First of all, you have to examine the cause of lack of bass. If you're playing some MP3 file without bass, then there is hardly anything you can do about it.
Assuming that your music file is fine, then you can tweak up the bass levels of the equalizer (if any). I'm sure you already know this, but I had to state it anyway.
The best choice, however, is to get speakers which can give bass - eg. woofers, etc.
