Each person's standard is different.
I feel harassed when in office, when male directors speak of gang raping a female colleague. I brought that up with my management. Even when I am not that female colleague or know the male director very well. To me, its harassment and to me, I feel threatened. I do not want to wait till one day it explode in my face and then I regret and say how come I never took action. By then if I report, my manager will scold me for not bring up this issue earilier. -
