  For our latest anniversary, he took a day off to prepare lunch & dinner. I took 1/2 day, so after work, I went to buy him flowers & dessert

  I didn't know that White Link had such services in-house now. They used to have this Taiwanese couple in the business district to do the makeovers and photo shoots for them.

  thats my idea of celebration
  
  either one cook, den go for a stroll or sth.. end the whole thing with ice cream from the vendors!

  What I mean is about 6 years ago, White Link (at least the one at Marina Square) only had gowns and clothings. They had no make-up or photo studio...or personnel.
  
  So they subcontracted out the makeover part to a Taiwanese couple (husband and wife team - free lance make up artists and photographer). This couple had their own studio somewhere near Chinatown. Forgot exactly where liow.....but its one of those conservation-type shophouses.
