  2day when i was misdirected from a local bus transport driver to take another bus which
  i ended on the other far side of island. need to say more?
  
  sometimes how u wish there is a customer service friendly officer on the bus
  ur taking when u met less chivalrous bus drivers whom r too eager to shake u off. (btw who r those supposely wear green uniform at interchange, r they seniors?)
  
  n not all bus stops have those directories

  last time i took bus 169 to amk interchange direction, halfway at thomson road there, a lady boarded & asked the bus driver if the bus got go to amk. the bus driver said no & the lady alighted...

  ohh ic,misdirected to take wrong bus (the first bus driver says go that location must take this part. bus)
  
  then go up the suppose bus ,thought right then shicked when the bus dun go that location (btw, can see obviously the first driver play me out
  as he seems agitated when i ask him how to go ) ..wah mayb now they also like Kings ar

  another case of them dun really 12 entertain - how can u possibly b a bus driver if u 12 just suan suan drive bus only(so easy every1 can apply) n not answer the consumers needs' (unless they dunno really noe their "products" well)

  so far i've been lucky thoes that i help quite helpful got one dunno where i going(its seems he not familiar with the buildings/skools on his route) also try and help me as best as he can keep pointing out places where he thinks matches my description

  sure got those nice uncles' drivers, however the ones met behind the tube control station r
  less affable--u ask them questns /assistance, they reply u with black face as dark as the clouds, now still 12 impose fare increase
  
  n ur overcharged at times in bus (unless u bothered to go check) with this not so proud service--mayb cabs more bz now ar
