Its not that no one knows....you asked for recommendations in July, but its only May now. So we're just waiting for July to come before recommending.
Actually, it depends on what kind of trip you're looking for.
Most trips nowadays are free and easy. If so, any travel agency would do because its just booking of flights and hotels, which any agency can do. In fact, you can do it yourself over the internet too.
Another choice for free-and-easy is just to buy the air-tickets from the travel agency and book the hotel over the internet yourself (cheaper this way).
If you're looking for guided tours, then I have no idea. But my regular travel agent (Diners Travel at Beach Road) is quite helpful and good and I can recommend them to you if you want....
