Is it actually a good idea to purchase second hand items?? i.e. you never know where it has been, what it has touched, how it has been handled etc.?? The seller will say whatever that will close the deal; that's about how much you can trust what a seller says about the item??
I'm thinking of buying some second hand books, not that they are that rare, just that it's less costly. Thing about books is you can never clean them, they are a breeding grown for .. in general .. crap. -
i am going to sell off some items from my spring cleaning to cash converters....

It depends on what kind of second-hand goods you buy. For games and books, I think the quality is quite apparent and easy to assess. If you are talking about antiques, electrical goods, computers, toys and luxury goods, you better look twice, or hire an expert opinion.

books i dun mind...anyway u wont use them for long...
other things like camera, hp, electronic appliances etc..better to buy new. -
i have dozens of secondhand items, from books to games to hps. 2nd hand doesnt mean bad, just need to check out the condition be4 buying
