My open letter to TNP.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am disgusted to know that a blogger by the name of XiaXue is a part-time writer for your paper. Being a regular reader since TNP was born, I was sad and disgruntled by this piece of news. Not that I have anything with that particular Miss XiaXue, but she doesn't come across as a person who can contribute anything intellect to your paper.
From her blog, I actually 'sees' her as not much of depth/analysis and personality as a person. You could say I am in awed, shocked to know she's hired. Is that the minimum criteria for joining the TNP as a writer? I hope not.
Besides being shallow, she's also not humble as you can see from the title of her blog. Does she really think she is God's Gift to men? How can a person like her be a good role-model for young singaporean? Therefore, I would like to appeal to you, Sir/Madam, please spare us the agony. I am sure there are better candidates around than Miss XiaXue, and I hope It wouldn't be long before I get to enjoy your paper like I used to.

Use the web for decent uncensored news singapore .... http://news.google.com www.bbc.co.uk and www.cnn.com if you read these you will have all the news you need. These are unbiased and not government controlled. only read these if you can handle a non singapore view of news other wise you could be in shock
Secondly, if your weaping about the writers in the paper you may like to correct your own gramatical mistakes and poor english before sending your letter -

i agree. but i also don't give a damm. she was blasting some geek she met today, comparing to a ang moh if i remember. she does place more importance in looks, and definitely prefer.. caucasians?
honestly, i would read her article and laugh at her. but if there must be a person's out, i do recommend her dearly.
maybe becuz im also a geek?

That article was quite funny, I was actually sympathising with her having to deal with the unwanted attentions of the obnoxious bespectacled geek, until she got to the part where an ang moh did exactly the same thing (put his hand on her waist without asking) but got a favourable reaction from her instead.
