i was told by my optometrist not to go swimming in contacts
and u can have specially made goggles that cater to ur degree

and the googles can go and make or else you go and see if got general degree one lor like maybe in 50 or 100 increments no need to be too accurate right?

and whats the diff between the sample pairs and the normal ones? -

my friend swims with contact lens with apparently no problem... but still i wouldn't try tt. i always put on the goggles...

check sequence ( B & L ), they r gd..mine is mothly disposable, hav been used tis brand for abt 9 yrs liao...my degree is ard 7.5 so dun worry
