need help about vitamin E!

If i apply Vitamin E oil on my face will it cause pimples? Its suposed to be good for the skin but since it's like some kinda of oil im worried it'll cause pimples.

Never knew vitamin e came in oil. My crunchy nut cornflakes supposedly comes with vitamin c, I should try rubbing some on my skin too.

I don't think it will but like what ditzy suggested try it out. Try it around your jaw line....just a tad bit. In any case, pimples are bacteria related inflammation (I think...pardon me, I am no expert but heard something like that). Also, my husband uses a night cream that contains Vitamine E. Check if your Vit E is a face cream or a hand/body cream. Good luck with your trial.

Vitamin E is best for scar.
if you using for face best you get something light.
