i just woke up not that long ago.. and had some time to kill before going to the Chiropractor and then to the pub to meet the gang... so came in here..
hmmm.. threatened with bamboo... first time this has happened to me

i suffered a slipped disc in 1996 and there was a relapse on New Year's Eve...
all better now.. but still seeing the chiropractor for "maintenance" of the spine
as for MM, recently pretty regularly... it's my last hurrah before the car i ordered is delivered and i become flat broke for about 2 years
and girl (i just realised that) STAND TALL!! STAND PROUD!!
heck! if my girl was as tall, i'd be proud of her

How's the crowd at MM like? -
lots of caucasians, some "professionals" from the infamous Orchard Towers across the road, some locals.. but the place is nice and the atmosphere is friendly..
most of all, the Guinness is very fresh, and the pub grub is nice..
not too sure if there's a band tonight tho'...
but it's a nice friendly Irish Pub.. not the sleazy pick-up joints some places are.. and upstairs is Ballymoon's... owned by the same people, more modern and less "rustic"

and it is crowded.. but usually, we stake out our little corner and it's nice and cozy.. only time the crowd is a problem is when you wanna go to the public conveniences
