The old aunties I met are quite generous leh... most give $1... but somehow I don't like doing that leh... like making use of them. Then I met this group of childcare students... should be around kindergarten age bah... saw the stickers and some of them shouted I want I want... the teacher no choice had to fork out some money... kinda paiseh.
I'm from DECC/1B/28.
DECC- my course Diploma in Electronics, Computer and Communication Engineering
1B- the stage of the course or something like that... will be changed to 1A/08 in Sem 2.

i donate only when they approach me and bother to "market" the purpose of the flag to me.
Whenever any1 pushes the tin/ bag infront of me and assumes that's an effort to sell flags, i just walk away.
Flag-sellers, u gotta at least open your mouth and say, "WOuld u care to make a small donation towards a great cause?" or something like that.
And if any1 asks u what the donation is for or what the instituition does, u jolly-well know the answers...dun be an ignorant fool. -
I did greet the people and ask them whether they would like to make a donation but I only tell them the cause when they ask me.

I feel they are over doing all these donation drives... there are too many. People do not feel too compelled to give anymore.
