somebody might say lame stuff like "chio stewardess".... -
1. Safety
(If you constantly have to worry or the plane really crash, I don't think you will be able to enjoy the rest of the items.)
2. Entertainment
(The number two killer of a flight is boredom, if the inflight entertainment is not up to standard you will not be able to stay even for a few hours.)
3. Food
(Once you satisfied the above two criterias, you can now sit back, relax and start think about you stomach.)
4. Comfort
(More leg room, comfortable chair, a glass of martini shaken and not stir, that's life.)
5. Price
(It's only a form of transportation, no point paying so much for, rather spend the money on other more worth while things like foods and entertainments.)
Once the top five criterias are met, the rest doesn't even matter any more.

For starters, theres no point bothering about the rest if you can't get onto one. 
- flexibility (when buying tickets) People are fickle minded no matter how they say they aren't, it should never be a hassle.
- deep rooted culture of the airline You have to admit it, there's a Louis Vuitton gene in all of us, like it all not. Would you really enjoy exclaiming to everyone you travelled on ABC airlines?
- support services in airports (like taxi service to hotels) Theres nothing worse than arriving at your destination feeling at a loss.
- safety, confidence that the airline wont crash When you're 33000 feet in the air, you're not really much help, nor is the guy beiside you, nor is the guy at row 67B.
- quality of food Remember the sole purpose of being on board in the first place?

- more personalized services No, I don't need 75% of the cabin crew knowing my name. But the return usage of stainless steel cutlery on all flights would be a big welcome, the airline's insignia engraved on it is a bonus.
- more welcoming cabins I enjoy the smell of kerosene just before take off, anyone else share the same? -

3. Entertainment- must have wide choice cos I can watch 3- 4 movies just on 1 trip.
4. Comfort- more leg rm. esp for long flight
5. Food- least impt cos I can eat cup noodle
Flexibility not so impt. cos we book thr internet so much easier.
I prefer SIA for safety, great entertainment & food (actually quite delicious), won't mind paying a bit more. -
I can't believe no one has been truthful yet. The aesthetic quality of the stewardesses is top priority.
