Just curious...
why did the LTA guy bend the rules? suspect some bribery along the lines. Seriously. If you are the authority, then shouldn't something have been done?
Feel there's more to it. Just reprimanding these people or fining them, it's just saying they were nit responsible. If bribery was involved, then it should be an added charge of dishonesty.
