recieved a call.....asking me to go down to delfi orchard...

just want to ask if anyone recieve a call saying that u have won a prize of sentosa for 2 and asked to go down to delfi orchard to claim it? I asked the caller
how did she get my contact and she said i filled up some lucky draw. Then i asked
where is the lucky draw and when was it....she said it is confidential stuff.... i think it's a scam..anyone recieve such a call? Who has actually went down to delfi orchard to claim the "prize"? -
i also received tat call weeks ago. dunno whether is it the same 1 as urs but the prize was different, it was a holiday package. she said something abt it being a prize from a new travel company.
i was both confused and happy. ( nv so luck be4 )
but guess wat...
in end it was for some1 else. wrong number. -

I got the call too... where the hell did they get my number?
the moment she said simi lucky draw at supermarkets, i knew it was total bull because I NEVER took part at supermarket lucky draws recently... well not in the last 6-7 months! -
usually i threaten them by asking them where they got my number...

I've been to it before some years ago. It's for timesharing, asking you to buy timesharing membership.

My friend recieved such a call months ago..and as usual this guy told her she won some holiday package through a lucky draw...and asked her for her particulars and so on..he even said she could go down to some place to collect the tix.. after which he asked her how much her monthly salary is...when she said it's below $2K, that fella immediately said "Whats your name again? Mary? Opps.. sorry I have got the wrong number"...
