u can try Mesotherapy.. did u watch the 9:15pm Thu Channel U show?
that doc did some "injections" on the tummy to "remove" the fats!
it's like a smaller version of liposuction & no need GA & the cost is much lower.
It's is effective to remove the body fats. but u are a flabby person, it's better to workout in the gym to tone up

actually it is very discouraging when you got the mass and it is very difficult to get yourself motivated to exercise ...
when you are tummyless and you will feel lighter and very automatically you will start to work out to get yourself fitter ... -
i feel i need a complete makeover and change over ..
