  now currently standard at least 10 without any practise
  
  i jus got into poly only..also remain the same
  
  started training when i was in ncc. in sec 1 cannot do
  sec 2 dunno how come suddenly do 16 liao, tat time my ncc frenz only can do 8-10, shiok man the feeling..
  
  sec3-4 doing at 14-15 ++
  
  now no practise den around 10 only

  wow... sometimes i just wonder how guys do that.... i can't even hang there for one minute.. that time tried sooooo hard cant even pull myself one tiny bit up...
