Anyone knows of any postal company that does shipment to perth by BOX size?
Can recommend a few?
I am looking to send very heavy items there.

How big or heavy are they? -
both Fedex and UPS got 10kg and 25kg box

If its below 20kg, the best value is still speedpost by singpost.

Not that I know of. You can pack it into the smallest box, but they'll still measure by weight. You might consider cheaper surface mail but by the time it gets there, hurhurhur.Originally posted by icebaby0:shipping books and clothes to my frens.

whichever u pick, the cost are measure by weight and nt by box size.

Issue is...is there any local company in singapore that does this.
I forgot what's the company in Australia is...argh...i hate this when I need to think.

Did u knw if u send books by courier frm overseas but u enclosed a letter between the pages of the books and when the customs opened the package n finds the letter..u will get charged the postage for the letter?

u can buy the box and put all in and send over

If you want space and not weight, then a courier company may not be able to do it, this is because they go by weight or volumetric weight. Shipment of books, etc are classified as parcel in Australia and is subject to duties and taxes.
If the box is rather big and want it cheap, you may wish to go by sea freight which may take a month to reach. But it is cheaper.
