Task bar hang, need comp pro help

  Everytime my comp start the taskbar will hang, dun noe why leh this prob came long ago so can anyone help?

  Can you elaborate further on how your Taskbar hangs? Please give details like whether it is locked in position, or the Start button wouldn't work...

  maybe u have too many programs running in the background
  
  but this still can't be the one tt delete the Control Panel

  Well
  The problem was that whenever I connect into the internet, the taskbar will go frozen whereas the desktop will still function. Whenever u minize windows it will not shown on the taskbar

  Press start first, then type msconfig in run, you'll then see a popup go to start up and disable all the unnecssary startups

  It freezes whenever you open Internet Explorer to go into the Internet, right?
  
  Used to have this problem myself. Found out that there were malicious resident spyware programs waiting for the Internet connection to transfer unknown payload into or out of my PC. Problem was solved using a third-party spyware removal tool Ad-aware.
