Great Spore Sale -- what have u bought so far?

  Any good deals?
  
  For me, i bought some tops and dresses at M'phosis (Raffles Place), nEss (Paragon) and Indivi (Raffles City). Quite a good deal actually. All at 50-70% off. so far, i got 6 pieces of clothing including a jacket and a pair of leather shoes, all for under $200.

  Some good deals u might want to take note:
  
  If u spend on Black card during this period, u get 4x the points. if u spend in branded shops like Gucci etc, u get 8x the points!
  
  UOB credit card, if u spend $3000 within 15 receipts, can get a Creative Nomad MP3 player worth $149 free... there are 2 periods which u can claim, look out for details on the newspaper ad or go to its website... limited to 600 free gifts...

  Sale in Singapore are really hocus pocus! I see sales overseas as genuine in getting rid of their current season stock to make way for new season stock.
  Regardless of how their current stock is selling, it has to go to make way for new stock coming in.
  
  But in Singapore, the stock stays the same for as long as 4 - 6 months and sale is to remind people to buy their unsold stock. Stock will not replenish until they sold 80% of their existing stock.
  
  I've quitted buying in Singapore already, Great Singapore Sale or not. I would buy things overseas so that I don't wear or get the same style and design as folks out there on the streets. Yucks!

  i'm damn pissed.the shirt i like in fcuk has no discount so its a 100.so i went down to shop at a/x,but bloody heck the shirt i like no size,nvm no discount nvm but @#$^ the tee even went up in price from 59-69..so much for being a brand whore..sigh~

  work pants at 59.00 and 15% off for amex card
  
  Buy for wife a skirt suit... buy jacket get skirt free at 159 but 15% off for amex card
  
  at Body shop
  a few bottles of tea tree and lemon oil body wash at 15% off with coupons at causeway pt. normal price 12.90

  Sale in Singapore are really hocus pocus! I see sales overseas as genuine in getting rid of their current season stock to make way for new season stock.
