  wads the difference between the two? the all waer the same kind of uniform and onli the license plate is different. They perform different duties?

  I have asked my TP friend before. He told me that ROV police do not attend to cases but TP does. Which means, for example of accident, ROV police will not go but TP will.

  TP = The Pest
  ROV = Rats On Vehicle
  Both also a nuisiance

  TP : catch speeders , drink driving and those traffic rules offender
  
  ROV : catch illegal modifications, black smoke from heavy vehicles etc

  Cisco police are the commercial branch of the SPF. They dun really bother very much about traffic offenses. Chances are, they are commuting to or from a workplace, not patrolling...

  SPF going to discontinue the contract with Cisco soon. They are currently training another Security Company to take over the roles.
