  what do you do when your boss is lousy.
  he doesn't know enough knowledge of operation he runs but
  complaining his staf doesn't know 100% of the operations.
  
  When he tries to give you some motivating speech, you don't feel good at all.

  Lousy Boss with a good heart - No problem, just need to manage him well.
  Lousy Boss with evil heart - Must play a bit of politics and games with him. And eventually may get rid of him

  I notice tat many ppl like to complain abt their boss. Is it singapore boss really bad n not up to the quality of being a boss, manager etc?? Seems like working under singaporean employer is not a gd experience for employee.

  i never have singaporean boss. my boss is non-singaporean.

  Maybe because it is currently an employer's market in Singapore, and many employees find it hard to switch jobs when working under a lousy boss? So instead of firing their bosses, they resort to the national pastime -- complaining?

  I kind of disagree with your statement. As expected, nobody is expected to be liked in a company, however:
  you could employ people to make money for the company happily.
  You don't employ ppeople to like you true! but at the same time, your stupid decision just cannot make money... what's the point?
