Reading is a hobby which is dying out?

  Just now a bit bo liao went to look at friendster profiles and found out that >80% of the people don't like to read,they rather go club and drink...

  i no friendster. but if i have...
  i will put that i like clubbing and drinking. also i like to play all kind sea sport especially surfing. also when free, i will practise my guitar with my band member.
  but actually, i spent all my time watching tv, eating chocolate, stare at computer monitor and play games. when free i sleep till no tomorrow.

  I read.
  
  I read magazines, newspaper and... Harry Potter.
  
  All my life, I've only read Roald Dahl and Harry Potter books.

  I put reading as one of my main hobbies.What so shameful about embarking on wonderful eye opening trips whatever you flip a page?
