how come my com weird>>>> i press the caps lock but small caps come out not the capital letters (like opposite liddat< caps lock off then allcapital letters)(as im typin caps lock is on) n when i click on something< new window come up (am using window) not like usual the i would go to the site in the same tab n window>>> help!!
