As expected, a long anticipated plan to 'stem the problem of traffic jams' in the shopping district will soon be in effect come 1 Aug 2005.
Changes include extension of hours till 8pm and an inclusion of Sat ERP hours.
Guess that means more ppl parking outside and taking the train in huh?
And if this plan doesn't work, carparks at popular location such as cairnhill and taka will soon increase parking fees to inflation levels. My observation, of course.
