starhub surf no problem.
BT CB..my friend oversea download same files say peer and seed more than 2000. lim bei catch 1 hour dont even have 1 seed/peer.
i think they install a software which can ban P2p program.
*test download HTTP download-abit faster (250kb/s) -
i find mine ok leh....

yah i also think it's Starhub install some p2p blocking software. HTTP d/ls still seems to be fast for me ...

yar lor my frend and i also agree that MOL like become slower. last time torrents can easily reach 500kb/sec now soo slow.

I suspect they are testing bandwidth throttling/packet-shaping filters. Even the upload speed graph in eMule shows an erratic trend (it was at a constant peak before).
