  The same subject taught in Poly and in University?
  Ok...for example, thermodynamics taught in poly and in university...is it all the same or is the things taught in university more difficult than wad is taught in poly?
  
  if poly students learn most of the things that are taught in university, then arent they better than jc people?

  Thermodynamics thought in the uni is more indepth, i.e. For thermodynamics, more details are placed in explaining the usage of the phase equations etc..
  
  Anyway who ever say A level is comparable to poly? Poly is tertiary institute, A level is nothing

  yeah...my friend in jc told me that they learn thermodynamics...the first law only ....but poly learn both laws, applications and many other more

  not true, i find uni teach alot of things but usually mostly extracted parts by parts from poly or jc in short period of time.
  
  and you expect to learn most of the things you do not know in the library.

  in uni, u learn alot more than poly but brief in summary.
  
  when you study alot of core subjects, you will likely to fall apart...

  sad to say, good in studies doesnt mean you can perform well in work.
  
  if you step into working societies, your employer want you to get the job done and you tell him/her a bunch of theories that what you learn in uni, do you think they care?

  JC is considered secondary... not tertiary... dun believe me check the concession card of any JC student.
