turn a blind eye and like gold 90.5FM tagline..... hear only the good things. Don't waste yur strength and time replying to humiliation as the motive of those spreading it is juz to make u feel down and they wanna hear a reply from u. Defending yourself only pleases them even more.
Let your strength do the talking, i believe tha people who humilate others arent juz as good themselves >>>> if they can talk so much dont they have better or more important thing to attend to ?
i've been thru worst and it's best to tell yourself, y bother a few hurtful remarks aint gonna spoil the rest of my day -
i find twisting their insults against themselves is more interesting than ignoring them

what about this...this woz more like bullying
last night i went cycling with me neighbour...then the bikes had mud on the tyres... we had to wash up with the hose in the carpark...and he started soaking me with da hose later and i couldnt get close to hime or the tap...until he eventually stopped...but i still felt i could not do anything to save myself...how should i have reacted? -
Someone who humiliates me might get a praise from me.
Praise in return is the best form of humiliation. of coz, muz add power vocabs... make sure he duno wat i say. -
