I was at Bangkok hotel room. It was 12.xxam in the midnight. I took out my comb, facing the mirror & started tidying my hair with the comb. (Coz I tied my whole hair with beads) My friend's mum saw that & scolded me. I am still wondering why.....

hmm most of the ban dan things are just myths... n sometimes there's logical reasonin behind it too.... -
not where...its when... My Grandma would defnately scold me last time if I cut my nail after 12.00am in the midnight.. I never asked why but didnt do that ever since.. now that my Grandma is d...i..e.d. & the more I dont dare to that. Coz I scared my Grandma will come up & scold me...Hehe

I think if you comb yr hair exactly at 12 am , you can see yr future husband face in the mirror but if you see a ghost, which means you will die early age. I think i heard it from my friends.

I've heard about the cutting nails bit but combing hair in front of the mirror at 12 midnight? Peel an apple is it?
Anyways, I've got another one. My late grandma told me so. She forbade me to whistle at night. She said the ghost (spirits) will come out. Yikes Well, that sure freaked me out and to-date, I don't do it.

ya there was once I saw this guy looking at a mirror and combing his hair at 12 am, I asked him what he was doing. he said he needs to go to barber next day. so I said "ban dan!! go to barber why still comb hair??"
