  Drivers. Drunken drivers can cause accidents, drunken pedestrains at most knock into lampost.

  Exactly what I was going to say...those pedestrians who walk in the middle of the road and being inconsiderate...alternatively its the drivers who hog up the road like expressways...driving 35-40km/h.. when speed limit 80km/h

  Both. Drivers speed and drive like maniacs, pedestrians jaywalk without any heed for life and limb, often standing still one moment and dashing across the road suddenly the next.
