very stress up now due to this incidents that happened this afternoon. Even just now I went for a jog from kim keat to potong pasir to toa payoh lor 8 to bishan park and to AMK park near the telecom ( approximate 10 km to & from ), now still feel stressup. MAybe a few cans of KilKenny Irish Beer can solve my stress.... ..... ....

nowadays, i find bosses are getting more n more unreasonable....
being helpful=>
kenna scolded by them saying u kapoh, mind ur own business, blar blar blar... colleagues will start to gossip saying u trying to get into their good books.
act blur=>
kenna comment by bosses that u don't take the initiative to help the company. Poor performance.... blar blar blar
being arrowed to do the job=>
when jobs are not within ur duties & responsibilities, u are asked to help out. When things (not done by you cos u r helping ur colleagues on some minor parts) went wrong, kenna use as scapegoat by them.
when bullied by bosses n colleagues=>
it for your own good, u muz learn to do the job so that when the promotion n bonus period comes, u will be "rewarded generously" (quoted by bosses)
showing productivity n efficiency=>
1) asked to stay late to show bosses that u r hardworking when there isn't any work for u to do. Sit n face the computer till 9pm. (spending 12 hrs in the office, crazy!! bosses can come in any time they like whereas employees have to abide to the fix working hrs when reporting to work but unfix working hrs when u leave the office)
2) when the dept doesn't need additional headcount, they purposely employ one. While the other dept staffs work til no day no night, they say u all can handle, muz make full use of the dept workforce since they are being given a salary to work. (salary? .... big deal!)
3) most ridicule part, need 2 employees to stay back till almost 11pm just to help the bosses to fax a letter. (boss go for personal dinner then come back office to draft the fax, staff n mgr wait for boss to come back to draft the letter then staff helps to type into the fax sheet format, manager oversees the staff n makes sure that the letter is successfully being fax to the other party.
All these can be found in my company. Recently being a target to them... haiz...
why am i still there? -
Be objective and focus on your tasks. Office politics are counter-productive.
