Anyone knows how does that happen?? I just don't get it... Why is there such feeling in us when the scenario never happened before? Is there any explanations for this?

The most weird ones i get are when i dream of it before, then i experience it. That one really gives me a huge sense of deja vu...makes my hair stand at times even. It just feels so real in the dream, and when u experience it again...

It may just be an old memory. For example, if you have a feeling of deja vu upon visiting a certain place, it may be because you had visited that place before- you just forgot all about it. Visiting that place again may simply have triggered the feeling of deja vu.
