What I've OBSERVED LATELY... MORE and MORE motorcyclists on PRAVEMENTS!!
Personally, I initially didn't have much against this in the beginning.. But what I'm about to SHARE... Hope the authorities can keep their eyes OPEN about the situation....
1st incident (in fact not the only one of its kind). Bikers speeding along the road... When right up to a traffic light, gave a SHARP TURN into the direction of people by the road side and sped right THROUGH THEM! If there was anyone who reacted ANY SLOWER (especially if old folks), could have quite easily gave someone a SERIOUSLY INJURY...
2nd incident. LATE NIGHTs. More and more of HELLISH RIDES...?
Saw a biker travelling around 80km/hr and above.. Sped straight along the pravement of a building to CUT THROUGH a ROAD... COOL... I think should have saved him about 10 seconds or SO
Right up at this 'corner' of the building... Half a min later, a group of people were walking up that corner from the other side of the building... If they had been any 'better-timed', the bike would have SO EASILY give AT LEAST one of them a FATAL INJURY without them even knowing WHAT HAPPENED...
So AN ADDITIONAL ADVICE for ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE!! DON'T just keep your EYES OPEN ON THE ROAD!! MAKE IT EVERYWHERE!!! -
alternatively, bring a 1m steel rod with you and chuck it javelin style into their wheels spokes.

take a thin stteel wire and pull it between 2 friends
and the next time anyone try to do this stunt the head will be slice off nicely.
