wth! hp bill shot up twice..y?

  My hp bill tis month was twice to dat of subscription bill.....n i did nothing. i didnt sms or call a lot or surf net lehz. Anyone knows e causes?

  and may i know when i sms my mother while i was in thailand, the bill said that i sms another number and the duration is always 00:00...whats the meaning of tis?
