neck ache

been waking up with a neck ache for a few weeks liao....
is it my sleeping posture or the pillow that's causing problems?
any recommendation for good pillows? -
your pillow's gone flat?
get a new one.. best with feathers.. or something...
or get one of those which are really good.. filled with buckwheat husks.. but they're not cheap... they'll support your head and neck properly

me too.... neck ache, shoulder ache, back ache, leg ache.....everywhere ache

If you don't handle feather pillows properly, they stink. Also I hate it when they have a tiny hard piece of feather pops up and sticks me in the neckOriginally posted by the Bear:your pillow's gone flat?

I got a $199 one..got rid of my neck ache and back pain. It's made of foam. My mom bought the King sized bed..for 3 pillows, 1 back support, one bed wedge for reading and a mattress..we paid about $6k total, but it's worth it. You wake up feeling real good. There's a test area where they let you lie down to try it..plus you can purposely try and make the pillows mishapen, which I did and failed.
I would suggest you look at your pillows first of all. Mattresses don't usually turn bad suddenly but pillows can flatten fast and your back'll know to tell you

maybe due to stress also..that time I had all aches here and there, took muscle relaxer lor..then will be fine..

its usually not the pillow.. but the sleeping posture.. sometimes pillows are the reasons why you have neckaches.. think about this.. the pillow elevates your head which might cause a strain on your neck.. i dont sleep with anything extra other than a blanket if i feel too cold.. no bolster pillow etc.. those might cause unnecessary strains on your body
