Let's face it, Denise was never really going to seriously consider Howard.
IMO, he's still maturing and hasn't reached a level which can intrinsically impress women, let alone Denise Keller. You can tell that by all the silly grins and inability to express his feelings face to face and instead relied on a video tape to portray his inner thoughts.
Wolfie was very up-front, very calm and composed. One could even call him 'iceman' for the way he conversed with Denise, frank and open. At the same time, one would call him risky by stealing that sudden passionate kiss with Denise, which caught her completely off guard.
On hind sight, it would appear that he created the appropriate atmosphere throughout the night and pretty much planned that audacious move at probably the best moment in the conversation. Have to admire his daring because that very likely swung the result in his favour.
A plus point was that being an investment banker reassures a lady in terms of monetary security, along with the fact that the age gap is only 3 years which is very ideal.
Every girl wants to look up to their partners to make decisions and inspire them. I just dun see that in Howard yet. -

Most girls would choose Wolfgang cos he has the looks & career (investment banking), stays condo, can buy expensive presents.
But u won't feel secure with him cos with his looks & money, there will be many girls out to get him.
Also he seems more reserved & less open.
U can't tell what he is thinking.
I would choose Howard cos he is the sensitive new age guy. He is humourous & spontaneous.
I hope Howard gets picked to be in the new programme 'Eye for a Girl' -

Howard will be good as a boyfriend, making you feel like 16 and a princess again but when looking for a life partner.... he lost.
Just look at the way, Howard and Wolfgang kisses Denise She already made her choice then.
