Teens 2000- too much distractions- internet, MP3, hp, multiple tv channels, MTV, CCA, sch work etc.
Have to learn to multi-task, & be flexible to deal with the numerous changes in edn. -
Teens 2000 have more material comforts, higher intellectual & generally better physical attributes
But they also have more social & psycho problems, no morale & ethics...

teenagers in 2000s are having much more fun nowadays... like better access to technologies.. internet..mp3.. music players etc.. but the biggest gainer is those business ppl selling stuffs to teenagers... by including 'sex..money and good looks' in music videos, movies or advertisements... For example is that last time is the era where music in MTV is filled with musicians, bands with good skills.. either in their voice or instruments.. like metallica, ledzeppelin, celine dion etc... Nowadays.. anyone from william hung until britney can get tons of money from teenagers in 2000s from goodlooks or gorgeous women in their videos... And for advertisements.. more n more celebrities like davidbeckham etc are included.. provocative, more response and business ppl suck more money from teenagers in 2000

the one who said they have higher intellectual, dont confuse intellectual ability with elitism....nowadays i can see more teen going elitist way compared to the 90s when even the rich teens had some brains to think and mixed freely with their poorer classmates and friends....There were some rich guys and gals i my sec school and they never had that aura of elitism about them...they were just as wild as their poorer friends..
I feel sorry for the kids now in pri. school, the other day i saw 2 proud kids talking on the bus and from their could see what their parents taught them...To be elitist.... -

I had a rich friend in sec school back in the 90s once and he is a great guy...
He never showed his "richness" to us even once....For somer eason he wanted to be normal just like the rest of us.....He did all the crap we did together..None would believe that he was from a rich family.....
