Beware of Starhub roadshows personnel

Recently subscibe to starhub's wireless broadband....
Was approached by someone doing a roadshow at marine parade...she told me since i was already a starhub mobile and cable tv subscriber...by signing up for max on line would enable one to a .........10% OFF MY MOBILE BILL
on top of that... 10% OFF CABLE TV BILL AND 5% OFF MAX ON LINE BILLL!
after calculating...i tot that the total savings would amount to about $30 to $40 so signing up for the max on line was only an additional $30 odd dollars..so i thoght..what the hack..my monthly dial up plan already that amount...
Guess what..when i rcieve my mobile phone billl...it merely states a 10% off the monthly subscription... vs the promised 10%off total billl! WTF!!! @#!$$#^$%&^%*&%#$@
There is a whole lot of diff in this... the 10% is only off your subscribed plan...suppose u take the $90 plan , ur discount is only $9 as appose to the $30 i thought it would be...
Please be careful to all forumnites...The Hub club thingy issn't that good an offer anyway!! -

As much they can tell you Hundred and One reasons to sign up, read the fine print in the promotional brochure. It's not all down to the personnel's fault.

Be sales personnel not bad. For each succesful sign up, you get paid $30-50.
