Guess what I saw at 7-11?

2 young chap Mata walks out of the 7-11 near their Mata Post. One of them holding 2 cups of ice cream. Both of them saw me walking towards them and they put on a good smile....
WTF! Can Mata during office hours go 7-11 buy ice creams to eat? Worst still, those ice creams are not those in boxes but those in a cup.........I pay taxes to feed these Mata.....omg! -
they are much better than a forumite here who work in govt service that protects the national borders and then surf sgforums during official working hours and claimed it is part of the job, and is now continuing this habit for fun...

I had the priviledge of wearing blue during NS and i bought ice-creams and slurpees from 7-11 myself.
