I went to Esplanade for makan.
The car park fee was supposed to be SGD1 after 10pm.
I drove my car. When we crossed the parking bar, it was already 10:05pm. (We checked against my gf's watch)
However, Esplanade car park still charged me SGD4.00.
SGD4.00 was the rate from 6pm to 10pm.
My gf and I got very pissed. Went to talk with the person in charge.
We checked our time with the time in Esplanade hall. it's the same time.
The person in charge printed my cash card transaction. The transaction was done at 9:59:16 and he said that my gf's watch is not correct.
Obviously, the time in Car park charge is faulty. These people just don't admit it. He even told me off. He said that i should only drove in after 10-15 minutes.
