my mouth quite small. i beri easily will kena when i eat coz nit to open mouth. den fer the rest of the chewing session, my jaw will go dok dok dok dok dok.

Don't crack your jaw on purpose because it will only worsen the condition
And I can tell you first hand it is not fun having a TM jaw problem.
It's a costly, irritating & painful problem which is very expensive to fix -

eat slower so dat u can be mindful of not opening ur mouth too wide. i canot eben put a soup spoon in, so i juz take care to eat from the edge.
