  There is a surgery to remove the sweat glands that causes BO. Check your local hospitals. Its effective and the surgery is a very simple procedure.

  That, I'm not too sure. Not too sure about the price, probably in the thousand range. I'm not a certified doctor so it'll be best to consult one. I'm not aware of any complications though.
