She can just report you to school, make you pay a fine of $100/- for underage smoking, go for a quit smoking course which you pay money and give you a nice remark in your report book "CAUGHT SMOKING". Then inform you mother and shame her, not you, for being an ignorant mother who doesn't have any idea her own child burns hard earned money on cigarettes. -
