As to why the dog only scratch ur leg and not others......I think either:
1. Ur leg has a funny smell which is different from others, or u wear a special sock and she likes/ hates the fabric/ smell, or ur leg is very hairy, or etc something like this, whatever which attracted her.
2. The dog likes u particularly. If u have been friendly to her, more than the rest of ur family, u are her favourite. The other way is possible too. If u are the least friendly, she dislike u particularly.
3. She deliberately wants u to do certain things. U said when she scratch u, u always have to lift up ur leg, right? This might be her purpose. What else did u always do?
As to the suggestion of carrying her up, yeah....u can try it out. -
