help with com stuff

  i using starhub cable modem.
  the cd can detect i got ethernet card, but when i connect using ethernet cable, they sae cannot detect. and liddat i cannot use my ethernet and onli usb. ani comp wizz out there tt can help me?

  u try unplugging the cable modem, restart ur comp
  
  after run the cd and only plug in the modem with you are asked to
  
  the impt thing is dun boot up with the modem connect. try and see how it goes?

  hmm..ok u got switch on/enable ur ethernet card? or enable ur LAN in the network connections? or disconncect all cables and exchange sides
