Hi HomerunOriginally posted by homerun:for backache due to long hours sitting and injury?
haha...i dun think i can use it in the officeOriginally posted by Bearbear18:Hi Homerun
get one of those exercise balls. Use that as a chair. It is really good. Cos i had a bad ache behind the back and side and i got one of this balls and now i am happy bouncing on it.. no worries anymore. Most cushion or back support cushion eventually flattens. But the ball, you can also pump up. Very durable material...
you can easily get one from Popular Bookstores. Tampines Mall branch has offer at SGD39.90 else it will be SGD49.90. Look for "The Complete Ball Set"
Let me know how it is ok.. thanks...
The squarish cushion? Are u referring to the type we normally held at home?Originally posted by shinta:my bro will recommend this cushion thing by tempurs... u place it on ur seat, n u seat on top of it... it's supposed to give u better posture so that ur back wouldn be achin that much..
but.. shinta poor boy.. no money to buyso have to suffer the pain in silence
alternatively, u could try n get those small squarish cushions, and make sure its not cotton inside, and the support must be firm. den put it just at teh arch of ur back
m still lookin for such cushionall teh cushions that i've seen so far are TOO SOFT!

anyway, try massagin the injured area, it should help, but before u do that, get professionals to guide u
and do a lot of stretchin.. those are part of physhi, and could really help in the recovery
But the type we normally use at home can meh? I thought you need something like thisOriginally posted by shinta:yup yup
one way would be for u to sit up real straight, den u won't need the cushions liao
