Whats a true man really?

Some people have a modern idealogy of a true man
Fitness is one of them, body aesthenics , money and the list goes on
My defination of a true man is probably the most passe
It is one who will scarifice for his fellow countrymen, does not look down on others but helps other instead, is courageous and has integrity.
A man who calls you unmanly is not a true man himself under my defination but he should help you instead of whining or bitching why you are not a true man.Remember
Action speaks louder than words
One thing to add is age/size/height/looks does not play a part to me when being a true man its what you do, look at the phrase stated above -

ok, seriously, a true man is one who gan zuo gan dang, gan ai gan hen, makes a promise and keeps it, does not resort to violence, especially towards a gal, takes care of his gal/wife and kids.
