Dubai is probably the fastest growing city in the world. There are tons of construction going on right now. A great time to go in there because of the oil there is a lot of money for them to throw around to get talents to help them build their infrastructure.
So you can't really compare it to your country. What you have in abundance, they are in lack of. If you want the money, lack the experience and don't mind moving from home for a few years, Dubai should be a great place for you. -

Unless those are initial grad salary packages, you should be able to find places where they are just as competitive in S'pore. -
