If allowing the manager to block me and stop me from leaving is likely to pose a danger to my life, I will not hesitate to punch his/her lights out, or break a chair over his/her head. This is self-defence.

sometimes people just complain about the slightest dissatisfaction.

When something is burning elsewhere and you're not looking directly at it, you cannot imagine how fast the fire can burst out and spread. Let alone if MANY people are to do LAST MIN evacuation.... EASILY a KILLER.... -

It would not be sufficient nor efficient enough for the security guards to carry out this job. First of all, we gotta blame all stupid arseholes who light their cigarettes in the building causing false alarms. These selfish sobs had thus made money grubbers out of managers.
Then again, we got to blame the management for employing idiots for managerial positions. It is obvious there is an outbreak of fire with that amount of smoke.
As such, we should put that selfish, money-grubbing manager and his direct superiors into a crate. Then we put it on fire and burn them all.
This should make them realise how dangerous fires can be. -
